Soundproof

I need one medium-sized room to be transformed into a soundproof studio for vocal recording. I need foam panels on the walls that absorb sound and stop it from getting in and out and soundproof curtains. I also want the foam panels to be black along with everything else. If that can't be done, then no big deal. I just want a soundproof studio/booth that will enable me to record crystal clear audio through a microphone.
