Chapel ceiling insulation and lighting work

We'd like to get our ceiling insulated using insulated plasterboards (eg. --- ). The ceiling upstairs is a chapel ceiling with apparent rafters. The new plasterboards are to be fitted over the rafters. We would also like to change the lighting if possible. A portion of the downstairs ceiling will need to be insulated (under the deck). This will require removing the existing gib and replacing it with insulated plasterboards.
