Moisture Barrier and Underfloor Insulation (Expol R3.1 Black) Supply and Install

We have a 1960's, 90m2 home that we're looking to install a moisture barrier, remove existing degraded wool/foil-backed insulation (that's mostly lying on the ground now) and install underfloor insulation (currently leaning towards Expol R3.1 Black but open to similar R-rated product). Quote should include removal and disposal of existing insulation product, removal and disposal of some rubbish (broken roof tiles, etc) from underfloor space, supply and installation of moisture barrier, and supply and installation of underfloor insulation system.
