Remove pinex ceiling, insulate and fit GIB

We are needing our old pinex ceilings removed from 2 rooms, insulation installed and GIB put up. We have an electrician in the family that is happy to sort the down-lights. lounge is approx 4m x 5.5m and second room is 3.6m x 4.4m. There is an old light box in the lounge we would also like removed. We don't want it plastered or trimmed just the main bulk done as we will be looking to do further work down the line requiring plastering and new mouldings.
