Polythene Moisture Barrier check and remediation

The property is a standard 90sqm workingmans cottage. An existing 250 micron black polythene moisture barrier has been installed but may not have been done correctly. This job is to check and remediate any issues with the current installation. There is plenty of room to move around under the floor and access is easy.
