I have a small bedroom (10m2) which I require the following work; - Remove existing plasterboard - Insulate walls (R2.4) - Reline walls with plasterboard (13mm) - Refit skirting board - Plaster to paint finish & install Cornicing (supplied) - Stop and sand skirting board
