Underfloor insulation - with subsidy

Am looking for quotes for different options and the installation of underfloor insulation. The house was built in the 30's. The sub floor access is good with roughly 60cm between the ground and the floorboards. The ground is covered with black polythene which makes it slightly more pleasant down there! The floor area of the house is either 110m2 or 120m2 I can't remember exactly but this includes an extension that will not need to be done. I am looking for an installer that can provide different options and also help sort out the subsidy. The job is not urgent obviously but as most people I would like it done before the start of winter. If you would like to quote then I will share my details with you. Thanks
