ceiling insullation (wool prefered)

I have a house roughly 10years old, the house is about 140 square metres in size, the double garage is part of the house but is not insullated at all. The house currently has about 5cm loose fill insullation (? type) in most of the house part only and does not cover the wood in the attic area. The downlights have been changed to the new sealed ones which can have up to 30cm coverage of insullation over them . I want to have about 20cm insullation put in the house and into the attic space over the garage area also.
