I want to upgrade my ceiling insulation. Im unsure what R level I need so would like some options. I have old insulation, which has lots of gaps. I have a 3 bedroom bungalow of 130 sqm. I have a number of downlights. I'm not sure if these can be covered or not so would need advice on this.
