Underfloor insulation installation.

Underfloor insulation to be supplied and installed. Highest R rating possible. Prefer rockwool products not styrofoam. Around 110M2 weatherboard cottage in process of renovation. Around 18inches ground clearance. Baseboards can be easily removed if required. . Flat level clean earth under the house with new piles - thought the ground is a bit rough from earth dug out for new piles and then spread out with rake. . Easy large access area almost all round the building. Also wondering about attaching sheet plastic over the insulation as we are in a marshy area and I heard that this can be done to stop rising moisture and keep the house from feeling damp.
