Replace Insulation
Job description
I need ceiling insulation supplied and installed. I currently have old insulation in the ceiling that is Insul Fluff. It has moved or fallen out of the manhole. Will probably need R3 or R4. It is a 3 bedroom home approx 124sqm. The installer will have to make sure to insulate right to the edges of the roof space. My ceiling has some down lights and I am not completely sure but I don't think they can be covered. Must supply compliance certificate after job is complete. I don't mind waiting for a cooler day as I know it can get pretty hot up there.

Charlie and Trish have been great, The job was initially held up by the City Council and then it got far too hot to be sucking out the old insulation and replacing it with new insulation. If it wasn't for Charlies knowledge of the old Insul Fluff we would not have known to remove the it before putting in the new stuff. It had broken down to a fine powder over the last 20 years and had become a health hazard. Charlie kept in contact until the job was done. So pleased with the final result.
