Hi, I am looking to have water damaged plasterboard in the kitchen removed. Builder's paper installed. Nogs installed if missing (it's an old house). Insulation installed. Sofit space separated from wall space / insulated. 9mm villaboard installed. It's a 3m stud and about a 4m long wall. Might insulate and reGIB more of the house if the price is right.
