Install Underfloor inulation + underfloor netting

Exposed underfloor to residential house. Airy and accessable. Stand on a saw horse with planks to install overhead. Abt 2 m from concrete floor to overhead chip-board floor. Secure insulation to exposed joists that support underhouse chip-board flooring. We need underfloor insulation installed. Easy access under carport open area. Birds also like it too, so we need you to secure/staple galv square mesh netting (Gav netting supplied by us) to the floor joists to keep starlings/birds/animals out of the insulation. We prefer Ecofleece. We are open to consider other similar products. You supply the insulation. It is hard to attach the galv mesh overhead if you are hammering, so best if you have a heavy duty stapler to drive galv staples into the floor joists. Cut steel mesh to fit. Pin into position with a heavy stapler. Then secure the mesh fully by adding more staples every 40 mm. Insulated, birdproof and rat-proof. Done.
