Ground Moisture Barrier Installation
Job description
2 houses in Hamilton East and Hillcrest come with 115m2 and 172m2 (exterior floor area, excluding garage). They all have underground insulation completed years ago. I would need quotes of installing ground moisture barriers to meet the requirement of rental regulation. Invoice for rental is required. Please quote how you calculate the floor area, and the specs of material you will use. Generally the undergrounds are clear. You can estimate the height of underground space from photos. The job is not too urgent. Okay within 10 weeks time.

The job has been done professionally in agreed schedule dates. Excellent communication. Nice to deal with the team. When the site situation is unexpectedly different, the trader is able to adjust the cost fairly. Not easy to find a trader like Lovepreet who can keep a very competitive cost with jobs done professionally & certificates given. I would be happy to trade with Lovepreet again.
