Polythene moisture barrier installation

I am looking for someone to source and install approximately 120 sq meters of 250 micron polythene moisture barrier under our house Just to confirm we do not want underfloor insulation, we need a covering which sits on the soil and blocks any moisture rising up from the soil. This will also require preparing of the ground by raking out debris to ensure it does not damage polythene when installed. The installation should be to New Zealand Standard NZS --- This can be found at --- / ... . Access under the house is via a small hatch . Care to be taken not to damage existing pipes or cabling under house.
