Vapour Barrier installation

We are looking for someone to do the following: - Supply and install a 250-micron polyethylene sheet on-ground vapour barrier underneath the house as per NZS --- . - Prepare the ground to be covered by the vapour barrier by removing any materials found under the house (there is some pieces of wood and broken brick/roof tile). There is clearance under the house and access as shown in the photos. House is 110m2. We would ideally like this job completed within the next month before winter.
