House Warming Insulation

1960's 3 bdrm brick and tile house approx 110m2 requiring insulation in the ceiliing to meet the new Tenancy Act upcoming requirements. Roof pitch is reasonable. Will put a photo up so you can see it later today. House is riddled with downlights (1980's type fittings). I don't believe there is any insulation in the roof at present, and if there is, it is minimal. Need to have compliance certificate to prove R rating when completed.
