ceiling insulation.

I need a ceiling insulation top-up. My house was built in 1986 and has a very low roof pitch which has caused issues with access and previous installers have walked away due to difficulty. I have heard that there is a blow in product but not ideal as can cause moisture issues if it becomes wet. Is there any other solution to my problem apart from taking the roof off . I do not have any downlights and my house is approximately 150 sqm.
