new ceiling

We need the ceiling in our living area repaired or replaced. The ceiling is cracked and sagging. Has insulation in the roof. We want a complete job. Preferably between mid September and finish end of October 2016. It is aprroximately 36 Sqaure Metres. It would need new insulation and furniture can be put on deck. As we are away this would have to be included. Deck is covered.
