Underfloor insulation install

Looking for someone to come and complete an insulation install job for us. Two spaces need completing: 1. Under lounge (15-20m2). Needs foil removed, and then insulation installed. I have two bags of R2.6 Pink Batts that might do for this space. Will likely need mains power turned off by Delta as mains cable runs over ground through this area. I can organize this. 2. Under bedroom extension. (~30m2). Foil has been 2/3 removed. Partially easy access but 1/3rd of space gets tight, but reckon it should be doable. Will need insulation for this. Ideally as high R rating as possible.
