We have have all of the materials purchased and most of the polythene sheets laid over the ground in the crawl space under our house. The ground is rocky, uneven, and slopes. We would like to hire someone with experience who can do a really nice, thorough job attaching the polythene sheets to the walls and to each other along with fitting them around the piles. The house is 190 sqm
