Two interior walls insulation and stopped

I need two interior walls put up. One is the inside of an exterior wall - needs insulation installed, jib up and stopped. The other wall is interior, with a gap that goes under the house. Old lining needs removed, insulation installed, and stopped. The walls I think are plasterboard.
