We have purchased a house that we have now moved to, approx. 5 weeks ago. We want to install a Ventilation System in the house. The house is a double story structure with 2 bedrooms, a study, bathroom and seperate toilet upstairs. Downstairs compsises of 3 bedrooms, large lounge leading onto open dining area, and open plan kitchen. It appears that there is not a great deal of space between the floors, but there is space between the ceiling and roof upstairs. The floor area is 220 sq metres, approx, 150 sqm. downstairs and 70 sqm. upstairs. We are looking at a system that will draw air from outside, and provide a constant temperature in the house.
