Install Polystyrene Insulation in Walls

Have been advised by a building inspector in order to retrofit insulation in my old villa that I should consider using expanded or extruded polystyrene. Would need to install it by leaving a small gap between the insulation and the outer wall to avoid moisture issues. Need an insulation installer who can do this for the outside facing walls of 3 rooms in our house.
