Ceiling retrofit in Thames

Looking to get our 1957 house ceiling retrofitted with Greenstuf or Mammoth. Primarily it's because of summer HEAT so high R rating required. Low-ish pitch roof space so nimble bodies needed! About 75m sq but will probably be a bit lower in practice. Currently some old pink batts in ceiling, and one section has Qmulus mineral wool (and doesn't need to be re-done). Would be good to get this in before the warm weather hits, both for us and for you!
