Remove, clean and replace insulation

Recently discovered some rats have been living in the ceiling. A exterminator has come and said in a weeks time they should be gone. I would like to have the stuff I have stored in the ceiling and the batts removed and disposed of, the ceiling sanitised/cleaned and new insulation laid. I don't want to keep anything up there and need everything taken to the tip. I can't deal with it.
