Party room insulation

We are building a party room in our restaurant and we are putting a partition wall for it. We want to block as much sound from party room so it doesn’t disturb restaurant patrons. Do we use sound absorbing blankets inside the cavity of the partition wall or we use acoustic panel on the gib on one side of the wall?
