Retro fit wall insulation

I have a 100 sqm unit including the single garage. Approx 35 yrs old and has no wall insulation. Would like a quote to remove gib where accessible on external walls, fit insulation and stop. We will paint. As we need to carry on living here, would prefer to do on a room by room basis. Wondering if this would suit a retired tradesman?
