96m2 of vapor barrier and underfloor insulation to be installed. ceiling insulation top-up on existing insulation between ceiling joists. 500mm - 800mm of height under the joists so plenty space to move around. Please include price for removing foil sheeting that's stapled under floor joists. Only tidy applicants please - no messy tradesman to apply!! large manhole available to get under the floor. manhole for the roof may give some concern - 380mm x 380mm but the roof is tiled so may give better access to remove section of tiles for loading up materials. All jobs will be inspected prior to payment.
