underfloor insulation install

Supply and fit insulation under the floor of house. Also supply and install a ground moisture barrier sheet. The size of the house is roughly 8m by 10m. Access underground through floor in wardrobe. The height from floor to joist is around 42cm(measured around entrance, maybe smaller/larger in other parts). The floor is not clear(has leftover building stuff eg broken tiles and concrete bits).
