Looking for installation of ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation, and damp proof plastic subfloor ground sheet. House floor area is approx 100m2. There is foil stapled under the floor at the moment that needs to be removed. There are two access hatches under the floor, one at each end of the house, and fairly good crawl space. The ceiling currently has some insulation which is only around 50mm to 70mm thick. Have no objection to the use of blanket or biscuit. The roof is tiled so has quite a high pitch and the roof space has good head height. There are 6 downlights at the back end of the house (kitchen and dining area).

Very happy with the installation of ceiling and underfloor insulation, and underfloor damp proof layer. The guys turned up on the day of the install, as arranged. I have been in the ceiling and under the floor to inspect after finishing and I am very happy with the tidy standard of work. The guys were good enough to let me know of issues they came across as they were doing the work (pipe leak). Install took a whole day, which was a bit longer than initially expected. Not a big deal though.
