Ceiling Insulation

I have recently had a Healthy Homes assessment done on my property in Christchurch and the Assessor has mentioned that the insulation in the ceiling is, in all areas, greater than 70mm but in some areas less than the required 120mm. I was wondering if you might be able to provide a quote for remedying the insulation and installing what thickness is required to bring the property up to standard.
