Ceiling cavity & Subfloor insulation

We are looking to have new insulation installed in the ceiling cavity and sub floor, labour only as we already have batts for both. Good access to both with room to move around. 1970s home approximately 105m2 floor area, with old insufficient batts in the ceiling and sisalation foil in the subfloor. I have so far replaced the batts in ceiling above 1 room and the bathroom. Subfloor is partially done but still about 60% needs to be done. We would like the old insulation in the ceiling to be removed completely and new insulation in its place. I will dispose of whatever comes out. Subfloor would just be new batts installed and strapped to the joists. If you could give me an approximate price for labour/any materials needed that would be appreciated and we will go from there. If you also install vapour barrier in the subfloor let me know about that too. Cheers.
