Our ten year old home has insulation, ceiling and walls, except the attached double garage. We need advise as to should the garage ceiling be insulated, plus is the existing coverage over the living areas up to a very good standard. We ask as we have two heat pumps, lounge and hallway but the house seems colder than it should be.
