Underfloor insulation in garage ceiling

Underfloor insulation to be supplied and installed in garage ceiling to meet HHS (min. R1.3, installed in accordance with NZS --- ). Area to be insulated is approx. 17.7m2 (3.1m x 5.7m). Installer will need to consider existing piping, ducting, wiring, lighting and floor beams / bracing. Refer photos. Garage isn’t being used for vehicle parking but does have tenant belongings. Tenants are OK with their belongings being moved by the installer. Property is in Morningside Auckland.
