Noise proof and gib existing internal brick wall

The internal brick firewall in the bedroom needs noise panelling installed. Hopefully you can also do the other work involved, being: - providing advice on whether bats should also be installed - installing new gib board - adjusting skirting board/coving - adjusting the carpet - (no need for painting as I will be painting the whole house soon) The measurements for the wall that requires covering are approximately: W - 3320mm H - 2660 to 3050 (sloped ceiling) (approx 9.5 m2) Thanks
