Cold air through bedroom walls

Hi there, There are 2 things, I would like someone to have a look at please. 1. COLD AIR- through bedroom walls We’ve been getting cold air coming through 2 of the bedroom walls. It feels like air is coming from the wall /exterior walL Unsure what next step is. At nights the bedroom humidity has been getting to around 60. We got double glazing installed in windows and no air is coming through that, so it’s the other wall. Both bedrooms share the same external wall and are next to each other. We’ve noticed in summer it gets really hot in these 2 rooms too. 2. BATHROOM WARMER We would like to make our bathroom warmer. Currently there are no heating options like light heater. Unsure if this is the correct category for this job. Would appreciate someone to come in, assess, provide option and solutions. Note - Access to the roof (man hole) is quite small so would need someone with a slim build, if climbing to access the interior of the roof). Thanks
