Insert mass loaded vinyl in between hollow aluminum door panel

I have a hollow aluminum door which is facing the road. I would like to insert mass loaded vinyl in between. This will require - removal of the door and opening of the door panel, fitting in the mass loaded vinyl sheet and reinstalling the door. The door is 8 feet by 6 feet.
