Install Ground Moisture Barrier

1960's bungalow subfloor needs installation of ground moisture barrier. Barrier must be: a polythene sheet and installed in accordance with section 8 of New Zealand Standard --- , or have a vapour flow resistance of at least 50MNs/g and be installed by a professional installer. Required for Healthy Homes Standard (Certification is required by installer). Can generally stand in the subfloor space. Current ground surface is clay. Surface area to be covered is 56.4m2
