Ground moisture barrier and draught stopping
Job description
110sqm property needs a ground moisture barrier installed to meet healthy homes standards. Low height but otherwise good access underneath. Back door, 2x french doors and 6 windows require draught stopping. 4 x French doors also need keepers replaced/installed. Healthy homes assessment report available to view for details, and site visit for an accurate quote can be arranged. Please provide an estimate in the meantime. Would like job completed by end of February. Thanks.

Pleased with the work ExpertWorx did. Their communication was great and they were easy to deal with through some Covid caused rescheduling on our part. Their job was thorough and well documented. My only minor criticism was that they placed black draft stopping seal on white windows and doors which is a little unsightly in a couple of places when the doors are open.
