Hello I'd like to get a quote to install green stuff r1.5 (or equivalent) underfloor insulation and a groundsheet. The area is about 55m2 under a 1920's era, 2012 renovated and repiled villa in Grey Lynn. The house is built on a moderately sloped surface so the working height varies from standing height to kneeling height. There is also an HVAC system below the house so you need to work around a bit of ducting. On a quick survey I noticed joists are a little random in their spacing and varying from 360mm to 510mm, but most being between 400 and 480mm. Access is through a small doorway on the uphill side of the house so you need to crouch to get in. I'd love to get this done before winter and obviously after the lockdown lifts. The blue area below is standard joists and bearers. The yellow area is under a bathroom and has 350mm2 square sections. Best Nathan
