Home Insulation Top and Bottom

I'm the owner occupier of a late 1960's single level brick and tile home I'm wanting to insulate both top and bottom by an EECA approved installer. Looking for a reputable firm with experience. House has original pink batts up top, nothing underneath. Here's the details: Top: 113m2 min R1.8 top up blanket Bottom: 113m2 min R1.5 Downlights:10 Access: interior hallway celing (easy), exterior 26cm high doorway in driveway (tight but opens up see pic) Floor joi --- apart Location: Ellerslie Prefer polyester but could run with glass. Looking for a competitive quote.
