Approximately 160sqm villa requiring insulation to be installed underfloor. (10m wide x 16m long) Preferably Batts/polyester insulation to be used. However this maybe impossible as one long side of the house is very hard to get to, therefore Expol would be considered. This will need to be brought by the tradesman. Type will need to be verified before commencing work The working space underneath house ranges from 1500mm to 200mm height and the joist spacings are mainly from 400-450mm (430mm common)
