Church Building - Insulation

Our church is in Point Chevalier, and was built in the 1930's. There is no insulation, and we need to have pink batts installed under the floor, in the ceilings and in the outside walls. The dimensions of our church building are 7.5 meters wide, 13 meters long, and 6 meters high. The inside walls have hard wood planks on the inside, which may complicate the job. Photos are attached. We wish to apply for Government subsidy for insulation. Therefore, bidders for this job must be registered and qualified as ENERGYWISE installers. (see --- )
