Roof repairs and insulation

We need insulation installed but prior to that we'd like to get our roof patched up. Am after a quote from a roofer/insulator (including underfloor). House was built in the 1940's, ex state house, 90sqm so we qualify for the government insulation grant. The roof is in pretty poor condition and eventually we'll replace it but at the moment only want a patch up. Preferably we'd like the same company to do both the roof repairs and the insulation installation so need a quote for both.
