Underfloor insulation

We need underfloor insulation blanket probably installed. There's not much room and not much light. Old 1920s railway cottage with weatherboards to ground level. But we've got to replace some flooring so there's a way in from inside at the moment, but not for long. House is about 90-100sqm.
