Ceiling insulation Epsom 3br unit

I need ceiling insulation supplied and installed. It is a 3 brm home floor area 90 sqm, brick and tile unit built in 1970s. Currently there is No insulation above ceiling. The installer will have to make sure to insulate right to the edges of the roof space. My ceiling has some LED Downlights but they are IC-F rated so can be covered. Must supply compliance certificate after job is complete. House is empty now ready to start ASAP. Thanks.
