Underfloor insultation and moisture barrier

I'm going to rent out my home and to comply with the healthy homes standards I need to have insulation installed under the home and sheets of polyuthene laid down. Things to note: 1. You will need to be able to issue a certificate saying that you have installed it to meet the heathy homes standards 2. There is plenty of space under the home; so access is not difficult. 3. I do not know the size of the home but you can quote on 100m2 so I can do comparisons and then adjust your quote once a measure is completed. 4. I deally i would like this done as soon as possible
