I need insulation in around 14 rental flats in Ashburton. I understand that the subsidy for community card holders expires at the end of June and I may have some tenants that qualify. All the flats are 70’s / 80’s and approx 80 Sqm. Keen to see if anyone is interested in assessing, quoting and installing. They will need to meet the requirements for the Healthy Home Act. Cheers

Insulation of large 1960s house

Supply and fit insulation under the floor of my house. Built in the 1960s with 4 bedrooms and approx. 4 living areas (kitchen, dining, living, office). Very dry underhouse, but access is limited and there is some plumbing to negotiate. Additional ceiling insulation could also be included.

Recoat Dome house

House is shape of two domes joined by flat area. Coating over domes has not been maintained, and flat (Hallway) roof leaks slowly. Not just one leak, but several splits. Original paint and covering - GRC - needs to be replaced, hall way walls & ceiling replaced where water damaged
