Pre-purchase inspection - house

This job will need to be completed either before Easter or immediately after. Small 3 bedroom house (2 story - living upstairs, basement down) 25 min west of Kamo (Purua). I would like a builder to give an assessment of soundness, incl roof. No written report required unless something major is found. If you can also have a look at the plumbing and wiring, even better, but will do those separately if necessary.
